Kwells Tablets contain hyoscine hydrobromide, a medicine used to help prevent and relieve motion sickness during travel by car, boat, or plane. Hyoscine works by blocking the nerve signals in the inner ear and brain that trigger nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Kwells can be taken 30 minutes before travelling to help prevent symptoms, or as soon as they appear.

The tablets dissolve quickly and can be chewed or swallowed, making them convenient for on-the-go use. Suitable for adults and children over 10 years, Kwells should be used only as directed, as they may cause drowsiness or blurred vision in some people.
