Cystopurin 3g Granules are a urinary alkaliniser used to relieve the symptoms of mild cystitis, such as burning, stinging, and frequent urination. They contain potassium citrate, which works by reducing the acidity of urine, helping to ease discomfort and create a less favourable environment for bacteria.

Supplied as flavoured granules, Cystopurin is dissolved in water and taken as a short course, usually over two days. While it helps relieve symptoms, it does not treat the underlying infection, so medical advice should be sought if symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, back pain, or blood in the urine.
