Otrivine Adult Nasal Drops contain xylometazoline hydrochloride, a decongestant used to relieve a blocked nose caused by colds, sinusitis, or allergies such as hay fever. They work by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and helping to clear nasal congestion for easier breathing.
