Telfast Tablets are a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve the symptoms of allergies such as hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (long-lasting hives). They contain fexofenadine hydrochloride, which works by blocking the action of histamine, the substance in the body responsible for allergic reactions. This helps reduce symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes.

Telfast provides fast, long-lasting relief, usually within an hour, and can be taken once daily. As a non-sedating antihistamine, it is less likely to cause drowsiness, making it suitable for daytime use.

    Really happy with this purchase. Arrived in few days after ordering. I was diagnosed with chronic urticaria few months ago and antihistamine helps in controlling the rash.
